✦ Ancestral Integrity

Tradition of purity in every drop.

Brambhi Food Products was born from a simple belief — real food begins with real ingredients and traditions worth preserving. In an era of industrial speed and chemical shortcuts, we chose the slower, truer path: sourcing directly from regional farmer collectives, cold-pressing seeds without scorching heat, and hand-crafting pantry staples that restore the sacred taste of home.

“Tradition of purity in every drop.”
Every drop of mustard oil, dollop of yellow ghee, and grain of stone-ground atta is produced without compromise.

✦ Why Brambhi

Old traditions. Thoughtfully brought forward.

In an industry that races to homogenize, we celebrate authentic regional character. Our mustard oil retains its natural tear-inducing jhaal pungency; our ghee retains its golden nutty dane daar grain.

✦

Traditional Methods

Real wooden Kolhu presses and authentic slow hand-batching without chemical solvent extraction.
✦

Thoughtful Sourcing

Direct collaboration with local Bengal farmers practicing natural, regeneratively nurtured agriculture.
✦

Modern Quality Standards

Rigorous laboratory testing for purity alongside timeless taste, tested for aflatoxins and heavy metals.

THE SOURCE

From Bengal’s roots to your kitchen.

♟ Our Roots & Humble Beginnings

From Our Kitchen to Yours

Growing up in Belgharia, the rhythm of our family home was always tuned to the kitchen. The unmistakable scent of cold mustard oil sputtering with panch phoron, the golden warmth of freshly churned ghee spooned over piping hot gorom bhaat, and jars of mango pickle curing under the monsoon sun.

When modern supermarket shelves were flooded with chemically refined oils and synthetic flavours, our family decided to take a stand. Brambhi Food Products was established not to reinvent food, but to safeguard its honesty. Every product we bottle is what we prepare for our own family dining table.
